Behind The Rock

Behind the Rock trail is one of the most dificult in the Moab area due in large part to White Knuckle Hill.

Here are some photos of the obstacles along Behind the Rock.

We ran this trail May 20, 2006 with Jeff, Kim,Kelly, and Mike

 

Guardian Hill at the start of the trail. If you do well here then keep on going.

Coming down High Dive you may want to strap on to your rear end and let others hold onto you as you descend the obstacle

Up Chuck is optional at the base of High Dive It's a very steep obstacle with a crevace to straddle
