Saturday, July 05, 2008 (PST) - Plane Crash/Iron Clad (Sat, July 5th) Day trip scheduled for Saturday, July 5th. Plane Crash and Ironclads day trip is scheduled for Saturday, July 5th.   For more info on this trail (seems as though I found a new one) see Northern guid to Colorado Backroads & 4-wheel Drive trails.  Trail #15, pg 71.   Trail is Northwest of Boulder.  Rated difficult with no major obstacles.  There is a T-33A jet that crashed in 1965.  Book says to allow 5-6 hours for both trails.   Meeting location - the 1st McDonald in Boulder off of 36 Meeting Time - 9:00am Comments: Flat Nested Threaded Embedded Oldest First Newest First Plane Crash? By Roy on Tuesday, July 01, 2008 (PST) LH Carnage is a short difficult run up a creek bed on the backside of Left Hand Canyon trail.  They converge about half way up the mountain.
